Job Overview

The Assistant Manager Accounts – Payables will be responsible for managing invoice processing, vendor reconciliations, tax compliance, and timely payments, ensuring accurate financial records. This role requires strong analytical skills and expertise in handling payables, taxation, and financial reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Invoice Processing & Verification

• Generate and verify supplier invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports.
• Match invoices with purchase orders and receipts to ensure accuracy.
• Obtain necessary approvals before processing payments.

✔ Tax Compliance & Financial Regulations

• Ensure tax compliance (FBR, PRA, SRB) on vendor payments.
• Keep track of withholding tax deductions and reporting requirements.

✔ Vendor Reconciliations & Payments

• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve outstanding balances.
• Address discrepancies related to invoices, purchase orders, and payments.
• Prepare and maintain accounts payable aging reports.

✔ Financial Reporting & Record Maintenance

• Assist in monthly and yearly financial closing by ensuring all payables are recorded.
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions and supporting documents.

Eligibility Criteria

Education & Experience:

✅ MBA Finance, CA Finalist, or ACCA Finalist
✅ 3-4 years of experience in accounts payable, tax compliance, and financial reporting
