Key Responsibilities

As an Assistant Manager – Accounting & Finance (Outsourcing), your responsibilities will include:

✔️ Overseeing all accounting matters, including financial statement preparation and departmental operations at the Karachi office.
✔️ Applying fundamental IFRS knowledge to ensure compliance and accuracy in financial reporting.
✔️ Managing withholding tax and sales tax processes to ensure regulatory compliance.
✔️ Handling month-end and year-end closing procedures for assigned clients.
✔️ Supervising the daily operations of the outsourced accounting department and reviewing reports prepared by junior staff.
✔️ Ensuring accurate, timely, and reliable financial reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
✔️ Monitoring team performance, mentoring junior accountants, and improving accounting procedures.
✔️ Coordinating with clients to ensure smooth financial management and compliance with regulations.


Eligibility Criteria

✔️ Education:

  • MBA/BBA (Finance) from a recognized university.
  • CFAP/ACCA/ICMA qualification is a plus.

✔️ Experience:

  • 4-5 years of relevant experience in Accounting & Finance.
  • Prior experience in an accounting/consulting firm is preferred.

✔️ Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of IFRS, taxation, and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and financial operations.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
