Key Responsibilities:

As the Assistant Manager – Technical Support, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our technical support team and delivering exceptional customer service. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Supervision and Mentorship:
    • Supervise, mentor, and motivate call center representatives to achieve performance targets and maintain high standards of customer service.
    • Provide technical training to team members to enhance their knowledge and skills regarding GPON technology.
  • Operational Management:
    • Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the call center, including staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation.
    • Supervise the technical support floor, providing assistance and guidance to TST Engineers on technical issues.
  • Issue Resolution:
    • Identify and escalate technical issues promptly to enhance customer satisfaction and expedite complaint resolution.
    • Handle customer complaints effectively over the telephone, ensuring clear communication and problem resolution.
    • Coordinate with the Network Operations Center (NOC), Network Management System (NMS), and other networking teams (IP, IT, Gateway teams) to ensure seamless support and resolution of technical issues.

Required Skills and Expertise:

  • Proficiency in call center software and CRM systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, BS-CS, Engineering, or an equivalent field.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a call center or customer service environment.
