Position: Assistant Manager/Executive (Procurement)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor or Master’s degree (Preferably in supply chain management) from HEC recognized institute.
Experience:
- Minimum 2-4 years of relevant experience with strong interpersonal skills, organizational skills, analytical skills, administration skills, negotiation skills, supply chain management, procurement processes, inventory management, stocktaking, forecasting, and budgeting. Strong knowledge of ERP systems/SAP will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
As an Assistant Manager/Executive (Procurement) at Riphah Group, your key responsibilities will include:
- Search for prospective suppliers/manufacturers and execute quarterly procurement plans, establish work priorities, and ensure deadlines are met.
- Maintain, carry out, and be responsible for the procurement of local construction material/medical equipment, as well as imported items.
- Obtain and analyze quotations, negotiate total cost elements for assigned portfolios, and prepare price comparative statements.
- Monitor the allocated budget, conduct market surveys, and maintain the Quality Assurance of the vendor list.
- Support projects in procurement-related matters, assess market fluctuations, and act accordingly.
- Keep a database of suppliers, conduct regular searches for alternatives, and process requisitions on SAP software.
- Prepare purchase agreements/service agreements/contracts and coordinate with various sections and third parties for on-time delivery.
- Monitor vendors’ performance and communicate results internally and externally as necessary.
- Check invoices, ensure the correct price, and follow through to ensure that materials ordered have been received.
- Responsible for the purchase of goods and services, including supplier transactions, item definition and quantities, delivery, and payment follow-up.
