Key Responsibilities

As an Assistant Branch Manager at Zellbury, your role will include:

✔️ Assisting in daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, ensuring adherence to company policies.
✔️ Overseeing cash handling, banking procedures, and daily sales reporting to ensure accuracy and compliance.
✔️ Recruiting, training, and supervising team members, ensuring they have strong product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.
✔️ Monitoring inventory levels, assisting with stock replenishment, and conducting regular stock counts to prevent shrinkage and maintain product availability.
✔️ Supporting the preparation and management of the branch budget, including expense control and profitability maximization.

Eligibility Criteria

✔️ Education:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (preferred).

✔️ Experience:
