As an Assistant Branch Manager at Zellbury, your key responsibilities will include:
Daily Operations Management: Assist in managing the daily opening and closing procedures, ensuring that the store operates smoothly and in compliance with Zellbury’s policies and standards.
Cash Handling & Sales Reporting: Oversee cash handling, banking procedures, and ensure that daily sales are reported accurately. You’ll ensure all financial operations are compliant with company standards.
Team Management & Training: Recruit, train, and guide a team of retail staff. You will ensure they have thorough product knowledge, an understanding of effective sales techniques, and meet Zellbury’s customer service standards.
Inventory Control: Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock replenishment. Conduct regular stock counts to minimize shrinkage and ensure that the store maintains product availability for customers.
Branch Budget Management: Assist with preparing and managing the branch’s budget, control expenses, and maximize profitability while adhering to financial goals set by the company.
Education: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (preferably related to retail, business, or management).
Experience: 2-3 years of proven experience in the retail fashion industry, preferably with leadership experience in a managerial role.
Skills: Strong leadership skills, effective communication, and team management abilities. Knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, and sales strategies is crucial. Attention to detail and a customer-centric approach are essential for this role.
