As an Area Sales Manager / Senior Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:
Sales & Revenue Growth:
Drive mutual fund sales and contribute to the company’s revenue growth through effective relationship-building strategies.
Client Advisory Services:
Provide tailored investment advice and solutions to clients based on their financial goals, investment preferences, and risk tolerance.
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
Address client needs proactively and offer excellent post-sale customer support.
Sales Target Achievement:
Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics.
Marketing Collaboration:
Collaborate with internal teams to create and implement marketing campaigns and promotional activities to support business development.
Education:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field from a recognized institution.
Experience:
3 to 5 years of successful experience in sales management, preferably in the fund management or investment management industry.
Proven success in achieving sales targets within the mutual funds or financial services sector.
Strong leadership and team motivation skills.
