As an Area Manager for the Poultry Division, your role will be focused on managing and developing customer relationships, driving sales, and providing technical support to clients in the poultry sector. You will be expected to promote Lucky Core’s products, offer advice on animal health, and ensure customers achieve optimal results using the company’s solutions.
Customer Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with poultry farms, dealers, and distributors.
Product Promotion: Promote animal health products and services, ensuring they align with customer needs.
Sales and Revenue Generation: Identify and convert sales opportunities to increase market share in the region.
Technical Support: Provide technical expertise on poultry health, feed management, and disease control.
Reporting: Monitor and report on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to internal teams.
Field Visits: Regularly visit poultry farms and other clients to assess their needs, offer solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Product Education: Conduct product demonstrations and trainings to educate customers on the benefits and application of products.
Education:
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM)
OR
Bachelor’s degree in Poultry Sciences from a recognized institution.
Experience:
1 to 2 years of relevant professional experience in poultry farm management, field veterinary support, or sales in the agricultural industry.
Fresh graduates with a keen interest in the poultry industry and animal health are also encouraged to apply.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Knowledge of poultry diseases, management practices, and farm biosecurity.
Ability to assess client needs and provide tailored solutions.
A proactive, energetic, and customer-focused approach.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt quickly to changing conditions.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
