We are currently looking for an Analyst – Financial Control to join our Islamabad office. This is an excellent opportunity for finance professionals seeking to apply their expertise in financial analysis and reporting while working in a collaborative environment.

🔎 Role Overview

As a Financial Control Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the company’s internal financial integrity by ensuring accurate and timely reporting, compliance with financial controls, and analysis to aid strategic decisions.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, validate, and analyze financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow projections

• Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes and support external/internal audits

• Monitor financial activities to ensure adherence to budget and forecast

• Maintain compliance with IFRS and internal financial control standards

• Perform variance analysis and highlight significant trends to management

• Contribute to automation and streamlining of financial processes to improve operational efficiency

• Liaise with various departments to gather financial data for reporting and analysis

🎓 Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Qualification: ACCA Qualified or CA Finalist

• Experience: 3 to 4 years of relevant experience, preferably from Big 4 audit firms or top-tier financial institutions

• Location: Islamabad

• Working Hours: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM (ideal for those who prefer non-traditional work timings)

🧠 Desired Skills:

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and controls

• Excellent command over MS Excel; knowledge of ERP systems (like SAP, Oracle) is a plus

• Strong analytical thinking with a detail-oriented mindset

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines

• Clear communication and report writing skills
