Eligibility Criteria
Experience:
- 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience in customer service, research, or data analysis.
Qualification:
- Minimum Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an HEC-recognized institute/university.
- Qualification in Islamic Finance will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Feedback Analysis: Evaluate complaint resolution satisfaction based on customer feedback.
- Performance Metrics: Achieve monthly call targets efficiently while ensuring adherence to the script and call handling procedures.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly MIS (Management Information Systems) reports to the line manager.
- Data Interpretation: Analyze gathered data from surveys, mystery shopping, and other research tools, and provide actionable insights and recommendations.

- Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data and derive meaningful insights.
- Communication Proficiency: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- Attention to Detail: Precision in following call handling procedures and analyzing customer feedback.
