💼 Job Role: Analyst – Accounts Payable

As an Accounts Payable Analyst, you will play a critical role in managing the company’s outgoing payments and ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process vendor invoices in a timely and accurate manner

• Verify and reconcile vendor statements with company records

• Monitor payment schedules and resolve invoice discrepancies

• Support month-end closing by providing accurate payable reports

• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and issue resolution

• Maintain proper documentation in compliance with internal audit policies

• Assist with payment processing, purchase orders, and approvals using accounting software

🎓 Qualification & Experience:

Education:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance (BBA/MBA)

Experience:

• 2 to 4 years of experience in accounts payable, vendor management, or financial operations

• Prior experience with ERP or accounting systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) is a plus

Skills Required:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Good understanding of accounting principles and payable cycles

• Proficiency in MS Excel and financial documentation

• Effective communication and organizational skills

• Ability to work in a structured, deadline-driven environment

⏰ Working Hours:

12:00 PM – 09:00 PM
