Department: After Sales Support
Location: Head Office, Sher Shah, Karachi
Employment Type: Full-time
As an Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager – After Sales Operation, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient after-sales support, technical problem-solving, and dealership management.
Your key duties include:
Customer & Dealership Support:
Provide technical and operational support to customers and dealership networks.
Product Technical Reporting:
Prepare and present detailed product technical reports and investigation findings.
Warranty Claims Management:
Handle and process warranty claims efficiently, ensuring fair and quick resolution.
Dealership Evaluations:
Evaluate dealership performance in after-sales services, identifying areas for improvement.
Repair Operations:
Offer hands-on assistance in vehicle repair operations, especially in troubleshooting complex electronic systems.
Parts Management:
Monitor and support spare parts management processes at dealerships.
Training & Development:
Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for dealerships and internal staff on product updates, repair techniques, and system operations.
Technical Documentation Management:
Manage Electronic Service Manuals (ESM), Field Reporting System (FRS) data, and Product Technical Bulletins.
Education:
B.E., B.S., or B.Tech in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering from a recognized institution.
Experience:
4 to 6 years of relevant experience in the automobile industry, specifically within a distributor’s sales and service department.
Proficiency in handling diagnostic equipment and troubleshooting vehicle electronic systems.
Strong knowledge of ERP systems and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Expertise in warranty claim processing and technical issue management.
Familiarity with managing DMS (Dealer Management Systems).
Ability to interpret and manage service bulletins and technical updates.
Excellent communication, analytical, and customer service skills.
Strong training and presentation abilities.
