Key Responsibilities

As an Executive – Accounts Receivable, you will:

• Post payments and advances from customers in SAP.
• Complete monthly bank reconciliations (BRS) and clear customers’ ledgers.
• Coordinate with the sales administration team to ensure compliance with company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Proactively handle and follow up on customer receivables to ensure timely collections.
• Support monthly closing activities to ensure smooth financial operations.

Who Should Apply?

Qualifications

• A degree in B. Com, M. Com, or MBA (preferably in Finance or Accounting).
• 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in accounts receivable or a similar role.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively interact with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
