Working Hours: 12:00 pm to 09:00 pm

Job Description:

As an Analyst – Accounts Receivable, you will play a crucial role in managing the company’s receivables, ensuring accurate financial records, and improving cash flow. You will be responsible for processing payments, managing accounts, and ensuring that all transactions are documented accurately. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to interact effectively with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receivables Management: Monitor and manage accounts receivable, ensuring payments are collected on time.

• Invoice Generation: Ensure timely and accurate invoicing for clients, following up as necessary to collect outstanding amounts.

• Customer Communication: Interact with customers to resolve payment issues, answer queries, and maintain positive relationships.

• Reporting: Generate and review reports related to accounts receivable and provide regular updates to management.

• Account Reconciliation: Reconcile customer accounts and ensure discrepancies are resolved efficiently.

• Cash Flow Improvement: Proactively identify and implement solutions to improve cash flow and reduce outstanding balances.

Key Requirements:

• Education:

  • MBA/BBA or equivalent degree in Finance or Accounting.

• Experience:

  • 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in accounts receivable or related roles, preferably within a financial or consultancy firm.

  • Strong understanding of financial principles and accounting procedures.

• Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interactions.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.

  • Knowledge of accounting software is a plus.
