Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Payments: Oversee the payments for both operational and new construction projects, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate financial records, ensuring all transactions are properly documented and organized.
• Bank Reconciliation: Regularly perform bank reconciliations to ensure consistency between bank statements and internal records.
• Year-End Closing: Assist in the year-end closing process by preparing financial statements and supporting documents.
• Collaboration: Work with various stakeholders to resolve accounting-related concerns and ensure smooth financial operations.
• Sales Tax Management: Coordinate with vendors to manage sales tax input claims and ensure timely uploading of invoices.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

• Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree or BBA in a relevant field.
• Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.
• Decision-Making: Demonstrated capacity for effective decision-making, especially in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with different teams and stakeholders.
