Position: Accounts Executive

• Reporting to: Manager Payroll & Funds

Key Responsibilities:

As an Accounts Executive, you will play a vital role in managing financial and accounting tasks for the company. Your primary responsibilities include:

• Payment Processing:
  • Handle final settlements and funds contributions for PCL, PL (Packages Limited), and SPAC (Special Purpose Acquisition Companies).
• Monthly Closing Tasks:
  • Ensure timely monthly financial closing for PL, PCL, and SPAC.
• Audit Support:
  • Assist in compiling audit documentation and meeting audit requirements for PL, PCL, and SPAC.
• Tax and Fund Preparation:
  • Prepare Social Security, EOBI, Government Apprenticeship payments, and withholding tax payments.
• Retirement Fund Accounts:
  • Maintain and prepare retirement fund accounts on a monthly basis, along with investment disclosures.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following qualifications and possess these key skills:

• Education:
  • ACCA Affiliate, BBA, or BS Finance graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Experience:
  • 0-1 year of work experience in a related field. Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Skills and Abilities:
  • Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Effective time management and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, SAP, and Microsoft Power BI is essential.
