As an Accountant at Global Business Bridge Pvt Ltd, you will be responsible for performing essential accounting tasks, ensuring financial transactions are processed accurately and timely. Your key responsibilities will include:
Accounting and Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate financial records by recording all transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Reconciliation: Assist in the reconciliation of bank statements, vendor accounts, and other financial documents.
QuickBooks Management: Utilize QuickBooks to track finances, manage financial data, and generate reports as needed.
Financial Reporting: Support in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
Invoicing and Payment Processing: Ensure timely invoicing and process payments accurately.
Compliance and Filing: Ensure adherence to company policies and relevant financial regulations, assisting with internal audits as needed.
To be considered for this position, the following qualifications are required:
Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar accounting role.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in QuickBooks and general accounting principles.
Additional Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
