Key Responsibilities
As an Assistant Team Leader, you will:
Oversee and support cogeneration operations to ensure optimal efficiency and functionality.
Collaborate with engineering teams to maintain and improve plant equipment and systems.

Assist in planning and executing preventive maintenance schedules.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational guidelines.
Provide technical expertise and training to team members as needed.
Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for this role, candidates must have:
A DAE (Diploma of Associate Engineering) in Power, Electrical, or Mechanical disciplines, or a Vocational Certificate with relevant experience.
3-5 years of hands-on experience in a related field, preferably in plant engineering or cogeneration operations.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
