Key Responsibilities:
As the DM Operations – PMO, you will oversee the Project Management Office (PMO) and ensure that projects are executed efficiently, within budget, and on schedule. Your role will involve strategic oversight, data reporting, resource management, and collaboration with stakeholders. Specific responsibilities include:
- Project Leadership: Lead the PMO, ensuring timely project completion aligned with business goals and maintaining high-quality standards.
- Data Reporting & Metrics: Oversee project performance metrics, providing critical data and insights to support decision-making processes.
- Compliance & Regulations: Ensure that all projects adhere to industry regulations and manage any compliance issues that arise.
- Business Development Support: Collaborate with the business development team to support project-related initiatives and contribute to expansion plans.
- Resource & Budget Management: Supervise PMO administrative functions, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and strict budget control.
- Quality Assurance: Implement and manage quality control frameworks to maintain consistent project standards.
- Commercial-Technical Rationale: Bridge the gap between commercial and technical decisions, especially regarding the expansion of new service areas.
Required Skills and Expertise:

Education and Experience:
- Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree is required, but a Master’s degree or PMP certification is preferred.
- Experience:
- 8-10 years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven expertise in quality assurance, quality control (QA/QC) frameworks, and stakeholder management.
- Previous experience in operations, particularly in telecommunications or related industries, will be given preference.
