Role Brief: As a Brand Manager at SAPPHIRE, you will collaborate with the Senior Brand Manager to strategize and execute marketing campaigns that enhance brand awareness, engage customers, and drive conversions. Your responsibilities will include conducting market research, analyzing consumer trends, and ensuring the consistent representation of the brand across various channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute marketing campaigns in collaboration with the Senior Brand Manager.
Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends for brand growth opportunities.
Manage day-to-day tasks related to marketing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and high standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with overall brand objectives.
Monitor and analyze market and competitor activities, providing insights for informed decision-making.
Ensure brand consistency across all materials, reflecting the brand’s values and target audience.
Assist in managing the market budget and track campaign performance matrices for ROI measurement.

Qualification, Experience, and Skills:

Master’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
4-5 years of experience in marketing management.
Involvement in the delivery of successful marketing campaigns.
Excellent analytical skills for data interpretation and trend identification.
Strong understanding of the fashion industry, market trends, and consumer behavior.
Creative thinking, problem-solving abilities, and innovative solutions.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
