📋 Job Responsibilities:

As an FSD Cashier at Dr. Ziauddin Hospital, you will be tasked with the following key duties:

• Account Management: Close the accounts at the end of each shift, ensuring all transactions are processed correctly.

• Cash Handling: Safely and efficiently manage cash transactions at the counter.

• Customer Service: Respond to queries and refer them to the billing department or HOD Billing as needed.

• Additional Duties: Perform other tasks as assigned by the HOD or management to ensure smooth hospital operations.

🎯 Knowledge & Competencies:

The ideal candidate should possess:

• Public Dealing Skills: Strong interpersonal skills for dealing with patients and visitors.

• Typing Speed: A good typing speed is essential to handle data entry efficiently.

• Communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with patients, staff, and management.

• Computer Proficiency: Comfortable working with hospital management software and systems.

📝 Requirements:

• Academic Qualification: A graduate degree is preferred; however, candidates with intermediate qualifications may also be considered.

• Work Experience: At least 1 to 2 years of relevant cashier experience, preferably in a healthcare or service industry environment.
