As a Service Officer, your role is to ensure customer satisfaction by providing effective after-sales support, managing product performance feedback, and helping users understand the correct usage of battery products.
Provide after-sales support services for Atlas Battery products
Address and resolve customer complaints, ensuring complete follow-up and corrective action
Manage warranty and claims settlements efficiently and in a timely manner
Conduct product awareness sessions for dealers, retailers, and auto technicians
Support the sales team with technical expertise and field insights
Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure continuous communication
Travel frequently within the assigned territory to visit clients, dealerships, and workshops
