Excel Labs is hiring a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join their team at the Main Lab in Islamabad. This position will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing information about lab services, assisting with appointment scheduling, and ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk. The CSR will play a critical role in ensuring that customers receive excellent service and that their needs are addressed promptly.
Customer Interaction: Respond to customer inquiries and provide relevant information about lab services, processes, and procedures.
Appointment Scheduling: Assist customers in scheduling appointments and provide necessary details to ensure smooth lab visits.
Complaint Resolution: Handle customer complaints with professionalism and resolve issues efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Administrative Support: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service requests in the system.
Collaboration: Work closely with lab technicians and other departments to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the lab’s services and procedures to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.
Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a laboratory or healthcare setting.
Qualification: GEOB (or equivalent qualification).
Skills:
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-focused attitude.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic office management tools.
Working Hours: 9 hours per day.
