As a Personal Banking Manager at Meezan Bank, you will be responsible for the following:
Building and Enhancing Customer Relationships: Develop and manage relationships with existing and potential customers to increase the number of products per customer and ensure customer retention.
Sales and Service Excellence: Provide high levels of sales and services to customers, ensuring their banking needs are met with the highest standards.
Portfolio Management: Manage and enhance customer portfolios through effective strategies that lead to deposit mobilization.
Business Development: Drive growth by promoting the bank’s products and services and increasing market share.
Collaboration: Work closely with other teams and departments within the bank to ensure seamless service delivery and product offerings.
Financial Advisory: Provide personalized financial advice and solutions to customers, focusing on their individual banking needs.
To be eligible for the Personal Banking Manager role, candidates should meet the following criteria:
Education:
A minimum of 16 years of education (majors in Finance, Marketing, Commerce, or Economics) from a reputable university/institute recognized by HEC.
Qualification in Islamic Finance will be an added advantage.
Experience:
At least 3 years of relevant banking experience in Customer Relationship Management or a similar role within retail banking.
Customer Relationship Management: Proven experience in building and maintaining long-term customer relationships.
Sales Excellence: Strong ability to deliver high sales performance and meet targets.
Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Knowledge of Islamic Banking: Familiarity with Islamic banking products and services is preferred.
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze customer portfolios and financial products to deliver customized solutions.
Team Player: Ability to collaborate with other bank teams to achieve overall goals.
