As the Senior Manager – CFO Advisory / Risk Advisory, your key responsibilities will include:
Business Process Design and Review:
Review and design critical business processes within finance, including Budgeting and Planning, Financial Reporting, GL closing, Record to Report, Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, and Fixed Assets management.
Policy Review and Benchmarking:
Review and benchmark finance policies across various industries, ensuring the organization’s practices are up-to-date with industry standards.
Internal Controls:
Identify, document, and test internal controls, focusing on key risks and control measures to ensure robust financial practices.
Preparation of Delegation of Authority:
Work on the preparation of Delegation of Authority documents to outline the decision-making powers within the organization.
Corporate Governance:
Prepare corporate governance manuals, including Board and Committee Charters, Terms of References, and related policies to ensure transparent and accountable business operations.
Finance Transformation:
Lead finance transformation initiatives by assessing the current state, developing target operating models, and implementing improvements in financial processes and systems.
Communication and Collaboration:
Effectively communicate with senior leadership, clients, and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of advisory services and deliver high-quality financial insights.
To qualify for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
Educational Qualifications:
ACA or ACCA (Qualified).
Experience:
4-6 years of post-qualification experience in CFO Advisory or Risk Advisory, with a focus on financial management, internal controls, and finance transformation.
Skills:
Strong communication skills (both written and oral) and excellent interpersonal skills.
A proven track record of working on finance processes, internal controls, and advisory projects.
Problem-solving and analytical capabilities, with the ability to design and implement business processes and systems.
