Role Overview

As a Territory Sales Executive, you will own the General Trade sales cycle for Sheikhupura: managing distributor partnerships, ensuring market coverage, and meeting sales targets. You’ll report to the Regional Sales Manager and be instrumental in growing Mezan’s market share.


Key Qualifications

  • Experience: 3–5 years in General Trade sales, ideally within FMCG (cooking oil, dairy, snacks, etc.).

  • Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (any discipline).

  • Technical Skills:

    • Proficient in MS Office (Excel for reporting).

    • Sound understanding of distribution channels and trade-sales processes.

  • Attributes:

    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

    • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.

    • Results-oriented with the ability to thrive under targets.


Core Responsibilities

  • Sales Target Delivery: Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly volume and revenue goals for your territory.

  • Distributor Relationship Management:

    • Build and nurture strong partnerships with distributors and key outlet owners.

    • Negotiate promotion plans, shelf-space allocations, and payment terms.

  • Market Coverage & Monitoring:

    • Conduct regular field visits to ensure product availability and visibility.

    • Monitor competitor activity and market trends; report insights.

  • New Towns Opening: Identify adjacent or underserved areas, onboard new distributors, and roll out go-to-market strategies.

  • Inventory Coordination: Liaise with logistics and warehousing to maintain optimal stock levels and timely deliveries.
