Role Overview: Relationship Manager (Retail Banking)
As a Relationship Manager, you will be the face of MCB Bank for your assigned customers—providing personalized financial solutions, deepening relationships, and meeting individual and SME banking needs. This role offers a fast-paced environment, with both customer acquisition and portfolio management responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities

Customer Acquisition: Identify and onboard new retail and small-business clients in your territory.

Portfolio Management: Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers—monitor account activity, cross-sell products (loans, deposits, cards), and resolve queries.

Financial Advisory: Understand customers’ financial goals and recommend tailored banking solutions (e.g., home loans, auto financing, investment products).

Target Achievement: Meet monthly and quarterly targets for deposits, lending, and fee-based income.

Compliance & Risk: Ensure all transactions adhere to AML/KYC regulations and internal policy; maintain accurate customer records.

Reporting: Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and customer call-logs; provide market feedback to management.
Who Should Apply?

Fresh Graduates: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field—strong academic record and keen interest in banking.
