We’re looking for a dynamic Manager – Executive Floor to oversee our head-office’s top-floor operations in Lahore. As Manager – Executive Floor, you will be the cornerstone of our C-suite’s daily operations. You’ll ensure that the executive floor runs seamlessly, from coordinating board-room meetings to managing hospitality and facility standards. Your attention to detail and leadership will help our senior team focus on strategic decisions without administrative distractions.
Executive Support & Office Management
Oversee all day-to-day activities on the executive floor, including meeting scheduling, board-room setup, and catering arrangements.
Act as the main point of contact for senior leadership’s administrative needs.
Facility & Vendor Coordination
Manage relationships with vendors (catering, security, building maintenance) to ensure timely, high-quality services.
Conduct periodic inspections and liaise with the facilities team to address any issues.
Team Leadership
Supervise and mentor executive assistants, receptionists, and support staff assigned to the executive floor.
Organize training and performance reviews to maintain service excellence.
Budget & Resource Management
Prepare and monitor the executive-floor operational budget (stationery, refreshments, minor CAPEX).
Approve expense claims and ensure cost controls without compromising quality.
Reporting & Continuous Improvement
Produce monthly reports on floor utilization, event costs, and service metrics.
Identify process improvements to elevate executive-floor efficiency and satisfaction.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
Experience: 3–5 years in high-level office or facility management, preferably supporting senior executives in a corporate setting.
Skills & Attributes:
Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities.
Strong communication in English and Urdu/Roman Urdu.
Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic facility-management software.
Poised, professional demeanor with a “guest-first” mindset.
Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Lahore.
