With a deep commitment to safety, sustainability, and operational excellence, we’re seeking a dedicated Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Officer to strengthen our Integrated Management System (IMS) across our network of field warehouses and regional offices.

Key Requirements

• Education: MBA (Health & Safety, Environmental Management, or related discipline highly desirable)

• Experience: Minimum 3 years in an HSE or IMS role, preferably within warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing environments

• Knowledge & Skills:

  • Thorough understanding of Pakistan’s HSE regulations (e.g., OSHA-like standards, Pakistan Environmental Protection Act)

  • Familiarity with ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety) and ISO 14001 (Environmental Management)

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail for audit and incident-investigation processes

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Urdu/Roman Urdu

• Personal Attributes: Proactive mindset, ability to influence cross-functional teams, and a passion for continuous improvement

Core Responsibilities

1. IMS Implementation & Maintenance

   • Roll out and sustain Integrated Management System standards across all field warehouses and regional offices

   • Update HSE policies and procedures in line with evolving regulations and best practices

2. Training & Awareness

   • Develop tailored HSE training modules and awareness campaigns for sales, marketing, and operations staff nationwide

   • Deliver workshops, toolbox talks, and e-learning sessions to foster a culture of safety

3. Audits & Compliance

   • Plan and execute internal IMS and Management System Audit (MSA) reviews

   • Identify non-conformities, lead root-cause analyses, and track corrective actions to closure

4. Incident Management & Reporting

   • Investigate near-misses and incidents, prepare detailed reports, and implement preventive measures

   • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Lost Time Injury Frequency Rate (LTIFR) and environmental metrics

5. Stakeholder Engagement

   • Liaise with regulatory bodies, external auditors, and insurance partners during inspections and third-party audits

   • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, HR, Procurement) to integrate HSE considerations into all business processes
