As a Field Operations Executive, you will be the on-the-ground ambassador of FasalPay, responsible for building relationships with farmers, dealers, and agrarian stakeholders. You’ll ensure smooth delivery of credit products, inputs, and advisory services—driving adoption, feedback, and continuous improvement.
Stakeholder Coordination:
Engage with farmers’ groups, input suppliers, and local agri-service providers.
Facilitate credit applications, disbursements, and repayment follow-up.
Farmer Outreach & Support:
Conduct field visits, group meetings, and training sessions on FasalPay products.
Collect on-farm data, feedback, and crop-performance insights.
Operations Management:
Monitor inventory of seeds, fertilizers, and agro-chemicals at partner depots.
Liaise with logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of inputs.
Reporting & Analytics:
Maintain accurate field records, submit daily/weekly progress reports.
Identify trends, challenges, and opportunities to inform product enhancements.
Local Market Development:
Map potential catchment areas, onboard new farmers, and expand FasalPay’s footprint.
Coordinate promotional activities and awareness campaigns.
Experience: 3–4 years in agricultural operations, rural development, or agribusiness roles requiring direct farmer engagement.
Education: Bachelor’s degree required; BSc Agriculture or related field preferred.
Skills & Attributes:
Excellent communication in Urdu/Roman Urdu and basic English.
Strong interpersonal skills with a “can-do” attitude.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with mobile data-collection apps.
Ability to travel frequently within assigned territories.
Location Preference: Residents of Arifwala or Sheikhupura will be given priority.
