Job Overview:

The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, managing the retail team, ensuring excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fashion retail management, leadership skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality service to customers. The Store Manager will ensure the smooth running of the store, improve operational efficiency, and maintain the brand’s standards of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Staff Management: Lead, motivate, and manage the store staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.

• Sales and Targets: Monitor daily sales performance, set achievable goals, and implement strategies to drive sales and meet targets.

• Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to customers by addressing their needs, managing complaints, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

• Stock Management: Oversee inventory control, stock replenishment, and merchandising to maintain the store’s appearance and product availability.

• Store Operations: Manage day-to-day store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and maintaining store standards.

• Training and Development: Train and develop store staff to enhance product knowledge, sales skills, and customer service.

• Reporting: Maintain accurate sales records, track performance, and provide regular reports to upper management.

Qualifications:

• Education: Must be a Graduate.

• Experience: 3 to 4 years of experience as a Store Manager in fashion retail.

• Skills:

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong sales and customer service skills.

  • Ability to manage a team and drive performance.

  • Knowledge of store operations, inventory management, and retail KPIs.
