We are seeking a Bridal Consultant to join our team in Lahore. As a Bridal Consultant at Sana Safinaz, you will play an essential role in guiding brides through their wedding attire selections, ensuring an exceptional and personalized customer experience. You will assist customers in finding the perfect bridal outfits, providing styling advice, and ensuring they feel confident and radiant on their special day.
Customer Consultation: Provide personalized consultations to brides and clients, helping them choose the perfect bridal attire.
Styling Advice: Offer styling tips and fashion recommendations to clients, ensuring that their outfits match their vision for their big day.
Sales and Service: Achieve sales targets while delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for bridal clients.
Trend Awareness: Stay updated on the latest bridal trends and incorporate them into customer recommendations.
Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and referrals.
Client Management: Assist in the fitting and customization process, ensuring that each client’s needs are met with care and attention to detail.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design.
Experience: 2 to 3 years of experience in retail, bridal consultancy, or luxury fashion.
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand customer needs and offer personalized solutions.
In-depth knowledge of bridal fashion and current trends.
Strong sales and customer service skills.
