As the Warranty Head for the SEAT Division, you will be responsible for overseeing all warranty-related processes and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and compliance with industry standards. Your duties will include:
Warranty Process Management: Develop, manage, and streamline the warranty claims process to ensure that customer claims are handled efficiently and in a timely manner.
Supplier and Dealer Relations: Work closely with suppliers, dealers, and service teams to manage warranty claims, ensuring compliance with all warranty terms and conditions.
Training and Support: Provide training to dealership staff and internal teams on warranty procedures, troubleshooting, and customer service excellence.
Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present detailed reports on warranty claims, costs, and trends. Utilize data to identify opportunities for improving warranty processes and reducing costs.
Claims Management: Oversee the accurate documentation and processing of warranty claims, ensuring alignment with company and manufacturer policies.
Customer Satisfaction: Ensure that all warranty claims are resolved quickly and effectively to maintain high customer satisfaction.
To be considered for this position, the ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:
Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in the automotive industry, with a strong background in warranty management or related roles.
Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and an understanding of warranty processes and policies are essential.
Knowledge: A solid understanding of warranty management, automotive service processes, and manufacturer warranty standards. Knowledge of industry-specific tools and systems will be a plus.
