Key Responsibilities:

As the Key Accounts Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Strategizing and executing Route-to-Market plans: You will develop and implement new business models and ensure alignment with annual sales planning targets.

  • Leading contract execution: Oversee annual contracts and manage monthly store-specific promotions, working closely with the category head to ensure smooth operations.

  • Enhancing reseller performance: Provide ongoing support, tools, and processes that drive reseller performance and ensure targets are met.

  • Monthly business reviews: Lead monthly business reviews with retailers and category teams to assess and improve performance, ensuring the continuous growth of the brand and its products.


Key Requirements:

To be considered for this position, candidates should meet the following criteria:

  • Education: MBA or an equivalent degree from an HEC recognized university.

  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in Key Account Management or a similar role in sales, marketing, or business development.

  • Skills: Strong business acumen, excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to strategize and drive business growth through effective sales and promotional activities.
