As the Key Accounts Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:
Strategizing and executing Route-to-Market plans: You will develop and implement new business models and ensure alignment with annual sales planning targets.
Leading contract execution: Oversee annual contracts and manage monthly store-specific promotions, working closely with the category head to ensure smooth operations.
Enhancing reseller performance: Provide ongoing support, tools, and processes that drive reseller performance and ensure targets are met.
Monthly business reviews: Lead monthly business reviews with retailers and category teams to assess and improve performance, ensuring the continuous growth of the brand and its products.
To be considered for this position, candidates should meet the following criteria:
Education: MBA or an equivalent degree from an HEC recognized university.
Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in Key Account Management or a similar role in sales, marketing, or business development.
Skills: Strong business acumen, excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to strategize and drive business growth through effective sales and promotional activities.
