About the Role

As a Service Officer, you will be the face of Atlas Battery’s after-sales services in the Multan region. Your primary responsibilities will include ensuring excellent customer support, managing product claims, and increasing product awareness among dealers and technicians.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide timely and effective after-sales service to customers and dealers

• Handle customer complaints professionally and implement corrective measures promptly

• Ensure the timely settlement of warranty claims and other service-related issues

• Conduct product awareness sessions and technical training for dealers and auto technicians to improve product knowledge

• Maintain strong communication channels with customers and dealers to build lasting relationships

Qualifications & Skills Required

• Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

• 2-3 years of relevant experience in automotive or battery service roles

• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills

• Ability to clearly communicate technical issues to customers and technicians

• Proficiency in using computers for reporting and communication

• Willingness and ability to travel frequently across the assigned region
