About Style Textile

Style Textile, a prominent name in the textile industry, is actively seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager – Learning & Development to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping and leading the company’s learning initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, and enhancing employee skills.


Position: Manager – Learning & Development

Location: Manga, Lahore
Department: Human Resources


Key Responsibilities

  • Learning & Development Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive strategies for employee learning and growth that align with the company’s goals and objectives.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with department heads to identify skill gaps and create customized learning solutions to address these needs.

  • External Vendor Liaison: Collaborate with external training vendors and consultants when necessary, ensuring effective and relevant content for internal training programs.

  • Training Program Evaluation: Track the outcomes of training programs, measure the return on investment (ROI), and ensure learning objectives are met.

  • Learning Management System (LMS): Oversee and manage the use of LMS platforms and other digital learning tools.

  • Feedback & Performance Monitoring: Monitor attendance, gather feedback, and analyze performance improvements based on training, coordinating with chemical and inverter stores as required.


Requirements

  • Education: A Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Education, Business, or any related field.

  • Experience: 6-8 years of experience in Learning & Development, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial capacity.

  • Skills & Expertise:

    • Proven experience in designing and implementing learning programs, preferably in the textile industry.

    • Familiarity with modern learning tools such as Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.

    • Strong project management skills and the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
