Position: Semi Senior Accountant

As a Semi Senior Accountant at ProPact, you will play a crucial role in managing UK-based accounting and taxation activities, supporting clients with accurate bookkeeping, reconciliations, and compliance in line with UK accounting standards.
Perform bookkeeping tasks and maintain accurate financial records.
Conduct bank and control account reconciliations.
Review and prepare year-end journal entries.
Apply strong knowledge of UK corporation tax, income tax, and VAT, understanding their impact on accounts and clients’ affairs.
Demonstrate leadership abilities by guiding junior team members.
Ensure compliance with UK accounting standards and regulations.
Collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams to meet deadlines and quality standards.
ACCA Part-Qualified or Qualified.
Minimum 1-2 years of UK-based accounting experience.
Strong understanding of UK tax regulations including corporation tax, income tax, and VAT.
Ability to manage bookkeeping and reconciliations independently.
Experience in reviewing year-end journals.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in UK accounting standards and regulatory frameworks.
Demonstrated team leadership potential.
Competitive salary ranging from PKR 80,000 to 100,000.
ACCA support covering tuition fees, exam fees, and annual subscriptions.
Flexible work arrangement: 3 days in-office, 2 days work-from-home.
Travel allowance up to PKR 10,500.
