Key Responsibilities:

As a Mining Engineer, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing underground mining operations. Your duties will include:

• Ensuring Compliance: Ensure that all mining activities are in compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. This is essential for minimizing risk and maintaining a safe work environment.

• Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor production performance and suggest improvements that enhance both cost-effectiveness and efficiency.

• Project Management: Oversee and manage budgets, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure that mining operations are executed smoothly and within budget constraints.

• Implementation of Best Practices: Evaluate and implement new mining technologies, methodologies, and best practices to improve operational efficiency and reduce downtime.

Key Requirements:

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering (B.E. Mining) from a recognized university.

• Experience: At least 5 years of relevant experience in underground mining operations, with a strong focus on safety protocols specific to underground operations.

• Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of underground mining processes and safety standards.

  • Excellent project management skills including budget and resource management.

  • Ability to evaluate and implement new technologies in mining.

  • Strong communication skills to coordinate with teams and stakeholders.
