Key Responsibilities

As a Sales Promotion Officer at Master Thermoshield, your role will include:

✔️ Conducting regular site visits to ongoing and upcoming construction projects to identify sales opportunities.
✔️ Building and maintaining strong relationships with architects, builders, contractors, and project managers to promote Thermoshield products.
✔️ Delivering product presentations and demonstrations, highlighting the benefits and features of insulation solutions.
✔️ Educating potential clients on energy efficiency, temperature regulation, and long-term cost savings through insulation.
✔️ Gathering market intelligence, monitoring competitor activities, and understanding customer preferences to refine sales strategies.
✔️ Generating and qualifying leads, following up on inquiries, and converting prospects into sales.
✔️ Collaborating with the sales and marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns.
✔️ Maintaining detailed records of client interactions, site visits, and sales progress through CRM tools.
✔️ Meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs set by the management.

Eligibility Criteria

✔️ Education:

• BS or equivalent degree.

✔️ Experience:

• 1+ years in field sales (preferably in construction, insulation, or related industries).

✔️ Skills & Competencies:

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to conduct product demonstrations and sales presentations.
• Knowledge of the construction industry and insulation products is a plus.
