Key Responsibilities

As the Head of HR, Admin, and IR, your key responsibilities will include:

✔️ Developing and executing workforce planning strategies aligned with business objectives.
✔️ Managing the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and succession planning.
✔️ Designing and implementing competitive compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent.
✔️ Ensuring compliance with labor laws, industry regulations, and company policies.

✔️ Overseeing administrative functions while ensuring compliance with government and labor legal requirements.

Eligibility Criteria

✔️ Education:

• BBA/MBA in HR or a related field.
• ER/IR certifications (preferred).

✔️ Experience:

• 10+ years of HR experience, ideally in the manufacturing industry.

• Strong expertise in workforce planning, employee relations, and labor laws.
• Proficiency in SAP and MS Office.
