As a Field Operations Manager (Central), you will:
✅ Lead Agricultural Value-Chain Development:
- Establish and strengthen connections with farmers, agri-suppliers, and key stakeholders.
- Ensure seamless coordination between input suppliers, credit providers, and agricultural service providers.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase farmer engagement and financial inclusion.
✅ Operations & Business Growth:
- Oversee field operations and ensure expansion into new regions within Punjab.
- Identify opportunities for scaling services and improving farmer profitability.
- Monitor market trends, farmer behavior, and crop cycles to optimize operations.
✅ Financial & Credit Management:
- Ensure smooth agri-financing processes for farmers, including affordable credit and input distribution.
- Work closely with financial institutions and agri-business partners to facilitate services.
- Develop mechanisms for loan disbursement and repayment tracking.
✅ Stakeholder Coordination & Team Leadership:
- Supervise on-ground teams, training them to provide expert support to farmers.
- Represent FasalPay in discussions with government bodies, agricultural associations, and community groups.
- Foster strong collaborations with local farming communities to enhance operational efficiency.
✅ Monitoring, Reporting & Strategy Development:
- Track operational performance, farmer engagement, and service impact.

📌 Eligibility Criteria
🎓 Educational Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Agriculture or a related field.
💼 Experience Requirements:
- 7-10 years of experience in agricultural operations, value-chain development, or field management.
- Previous experience working with farmers, agri-finance, input suppliers, or rural development projects.
