🔹 Job Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management & Financial Advisory:

  • Act as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless financial advisory services.
  • Respond promptly to client queries and anticipate their financial advisory needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior-level clients, serving as their trusted advisor.

Financial Management & Portfolio Oversight:

  • Oversee financial management for a portfolio of clients, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
  • Manage and execute financial due diligence, risk assessments, and strategic financial planning.
  • Ensure compliance with anti-money laundering laws, regulations, and BDO’s policies.

Deal Advisory & Business Development:

  • Lead business development initiatives for the firm’s financial advisory services.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies for growth.
  • Plan, execute, and deliver financial transactions and deals as per the firm’s methodologies.

Compliance & Risk Management:

  • Ensure strict adherence to BDO Ebrahim & Co.’s policies, procedures, and manuals.
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory standards, anti-money laundering laws, and risk management protocols.

📌 Eligibility Criteria

🎓 Education:

  • ACA / ACCA / ICMA qualified or partly qualified.

💼 Experience:

  • 3 to 8 years of experience in deal advisory, financial consulting, or financial investigations.
  • Strong background in financial management, mergers & acquisitions (M&A), and compliance.

📝 Required Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent interpersonal and client management skills.
Fluency in English (written & spoken) with strong communication skills.
Ability to work autonomously as well as lead teams.
Knowledge of financial products, compliance regulations, and business development.

💻 Technical Tools Expertise:
Advanced Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Financial modeling, risk assessment, and compliance management tools.
