Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Executive – Sales Admin, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Timely Invoice Management: Issue sales transaction invoices accurately and promptly.
  • Dealer Support: Coordinate with dealers to address and resolve queries effectively.
  • Record Maintenance: Maintain up-to-date sales and customer records for streamlined operations.
  • Order Processing: Receive and process purchase orders efficiently.
  • Payment Coordination: Collaborate with dealers and internal departments to manage payments, sales tax deductions, and advance tax filings.
  • ERP Management: Keep the ERP system updated with accurate sales data and records.
  • Stock Monitoring: Track DMAX stock positions and liaise with the plant to align assembly requirements.

  • MBA from a recognized institution.

Experience:

  • 3-4 years of experience in the automobile industry, particularly in sales administration or related roles.
