Locations: Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, KPK, Quetta
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:
- Graduate, ideally an MBA from a reputed university.
- Specialization in Islamic Banking will be preferred.
Professional Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Islamic banking, marketing, credit functions, and portfolio management.
- Hands-on experience with credit appraisal, financial analysis, and market awareness.

- Strong relationship management and marketing capabilities.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Negotiating and influencing skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of internal banking processes and industry trends.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients to achieve business growth targets in assets, trade, revenue, and ancillary services.
- Business Development: Prepare and execute structured calling programs to identify business opportunities and explore customer needs.
- Portfolio Management: Monitor the financial health of clients and their industries to ensure portfolio quality.
- Credit Analysis: Analyze financial statements and management practices to assess credit risk. Prepare and initiate credit approval notes in line with the bank’s policies and regulatory requirements.
- Coordination: Work closely with internal departments like Credit, Legal, Operations, and Credit Administration to ensure smooth transaction processing.
- Compliance: Ensure all credit applications, including renewals, meet the bank’s policy and regulatory framework.
