Eligibility Criteria
- Education: BBA/MBA (Sales or related fields preferred).
- Experience: 1–3 years of relevant experience in sales, preferably in the agricultural sector.
Key Responsibilities
As an Area Sales Manager, you will:
- Achieve Sales Targets:
- Meet annual sales plans for Urea, Phosphates, and NP Plus volumes in your designated area.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to achieve these targets.
- Dealer Network Management:
- Build and manage relationships with dealers to ensure effective product distribution.
- Supervise and mentor your team to achieve set objectives.
- Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE):
- Achieve HSE objectives assigned by management.
- Implement initiatives that contribute to a safer, greener environment.
- Market Intelligence and Analytics:
- Provide analytical support to the Zonal Sales Manager (ZSM) and the zonal team.
- Offer valuable market intelligence and insights to the sales head office.
- Sales and Inventory Management:
- Develop accurate sales projections and manage inventory effectively.
- Coordinate with the distribution department to ensure seamless operations.
- Point-of-Sale (POS) Management:
- Oversee proper placement of POS and merchandising materials to optimize brand visibility.
