Position Overview: Lead Internal Audit

As the Lead Internal Audit, you will play a critical role in ensuring the organization’s processes and controls meet the highest standards of efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance. You will lead audit teams, analyze complex processes, and identify areas of improvement, making impactful contributions to the company’s operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Risk Assessment & Analysis: Analyze complex processes to identify risks, weaknesses, and improvement opportunities.
• Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of auditors, ensuring high performance and quality results.
• Process Improvements: Drive enhancements in audit methodologies, operational controls, and processes for overall efficiency.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement recommendations effectively and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.

Key Requirements

• Educational Qualifications:
  • CA with 6-8 years of Post Qualification Experience (PQE), OR
  • ACCA with 8-10 years of PQE, including at least 2 years in Internal Audit or Risk Advisory.
• Skills and Competencies:
  • Strong analytical abilities to assess complex processes and identify actionable insights.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to guide and inspire teams.
  • Expertise in audit processes and methodologies, with a focus on operational controls.
