About the Role

As an AM/DM – Financial Reporting, you will play a critical role in maintaining financial accuracy, analyzing key metrics, and supporting asset management processes. Your responsibilities will ensure compliance with accounting standards, support strategic decision-making, and contribute to the organization’s financial growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison between the plant operations team and the Manager of Fixed Assets for asset tagging.
• Collaborate with the Manager of Fixed Assets and the IT team to enhance data delivery and improve the fixed assets module.
• Evaluate asset capitalization in line with company policies.
• Report the monthly, quarterly, and annual status of Assets Under Construction (AUCS) as of the reporting date.
• Prepare and report on the disposal of fixed assets.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly accounts and financial statements.
• Conduct variance analysis and provide management with reports explaining key reasons.
• Support the preparation of board presentations and the publication of the annual report.
• Collaborate with teams to meet other management requests and facilitate external audits.
• Assist in implementing accounting standards in statutory accounts.

Eligibility Criteria

Qualifications

• ACCA Qualified or CA Part-Qualified (with completed articleship or audit experience).

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
