Master Group of Industries, a leading name in the industry, is seeking an experienced professional for the position of Manager Compliance & Legal Enforcement. This role is integral to maintaining the integrity of the dealership network, ensuring compliance, and safeguarding the company’s brand from counterfeit sales and other breaches.
Job Overview
The Manager Compliance & Legal Enforcement will handle legal actions, ensure compliance with brand standards, and coordinate with law enforcement agencies to address dealership violations and counterfeit activities. This role requires proactive leadership, strong legal expertise, and the ability to travel for on-site investigations.
Key Responsibilities
- Counterfeit and Non-Compliance Enforcement:
- Coordinate with law enforcement agencies (e.g., police) to conduct raids on unauthorized dealers selling counterfeit or replica products under the Master brand.
- Ensure all legal protocols are strictly followed during enforcement actions.
- Compliance Monitoring:
- Collaborate with the DXM team to investigate cases of non-compliance, including unauthorized sales, visual merchandising violations, and breaches of brand integrity.
- Analyze DXM reports to prioritize legal actions and ensure swift resolutions.
- Legal Coordination:
- Act as a liaison between the company, legal entities, and law enforcement agencies to resolve dealership-related legal matters.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive records of legal actions taken, including enforcement against counterfeit sellers and non-compliant dealers.
- Reporting and Stakeholder Management:
- Provide regular updates to management on the status of legal cases and dealership compliance metrics.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including law enforcement personnel and legal authorities.
- Policy and Training:
- Guide and train DXM teams on legal aspects related to compliance enforcement.
- Support management in formulating policies to minimize dealership non-compliance and protect brand integrity.
- Travel and Field Investigations:
- Travel as required for on-site investigations, legal coordination, and enforcement actions.
Qualifications and Experience
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Criminology, or a related field.
- Experience:
- Minimum 10-12 years of experience in legal or compliance roles.
- Retired personnel from law enforcement agencies or armed forces with a solid understanding of legal procedures are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Key Skills:
- Strong knowledge of legal protocols and compliance enforcement.
- Ability to liaise effectively with law enforcement and legal authorities.
- Excellent investigation and reporting skills.
- Proactive mindset with strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
- Flexibility and willingness to travel for on-site investigations and legal matters.
