This role is designed for a seasoned professional ready to take on a diverse range of responsibilities in administration, operations, and stakeholder management.


Position Details

  • Position: Manager Administrative Services
  • Location: Centre Region, Head Office, Lahore
  • Qualification: Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), Public Administration (MPA), or a related field.
  • Experience: 8-10 years of relevant experience in administration.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Office and Regional Operations Management
    • Oversee and organize regional office activities, including boarding and lodging, in line with company policies and management directives.
    • Ensure smooth execution of administrative tasks at schools while maintaining compliance with Government of Punjab regulations.
  2. Stakeholder and Legal Liaison
    • Act as a liaison with external stakeholders such as government offices, local authorities, DISCOS, educational ministries, and DRA to address legal and operational matters efficiently.
  3. Budget Management
    • Collaborate with finance and management teams to prepare OPEX & CAPEX budgets.
    • Monitor expenses, manage spending, and process other financial requirements effectively.
  4. Special Projects and Long-Term Planning
    • Oversee special projects and ensure alignment with company goals.
    • Assist in developing and monitoring long-term objectives, plans, and programs for the administration department.
  5. Crisis Management and Emergency Support
    • Respond promptly to stakeholder concerns and assist departments during emergencies to ensure uninterrupted school operations.
  6. Landlord and Rental Negotiations
    • Conduct rental negotiations and maintain strong relations with landlords to meet organizational needs.

  • Expertise in budgeting, financial monitoring, and reporting.
  • Ability to liaise effectively with external stakeholders and government authorities.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills for managing landlord and rental relations.
