Key Responsibilities:

As a Store Manager at Sana Safinaz, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring an exceptional shopping experience for customers, and leading the retail team to meet sales and performance goals. The role includes:

• Managing Retail Operations: Ensure the smooth running of store operations, including inventory management, staff coordination, and maintaining a high standard of customer service.
• Team Leadership: Lead and motivate the store staff, providing training, guidance, and performance evaluations to ensure excellence in customer service.
• Sales Performance: Drive sales growth by monitoring key performance metrics and implementing strategies to increase customer engagement and satisfaction.

Requirements:

To be considered for the Store Manager role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Experience: 3-4 years of experience in retail operations, ideally within the fashion or luxury retail industry.
